1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PTOrganized ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (including information and software) from PTOrganized for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PTOrganized
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations related to access to or use of PTOrganized

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

PTOrganized operates on a subscription-based model:

  • Annual Subscription: $399 per year, billed annually
  • Free Trial: New users receive one month free (with coupon code PTO2026). After the free month, the annual subscription will be charged
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period unless you cancel
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations within the 30-day trial period incur no charges. After the trial, you can cancel anytime, but the subscription will not renew for the following year
  • Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription price with 30 days' notice

4. User Accounts

When you create an account on PTOrganized, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information
  • Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on PTOrganized are provided on an 'as is' basis. PTOrganized makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall PTOrganized or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PTOrganized, even if PTOrganized or a PTOrganized authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on PTOrganized could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PTOrganized does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. PTOrganized may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

8. Links

PTOrganized has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PTOrganized of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. Modifications

PTOrganized may revise these Terms of Service for its Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
